Tim GregoryDear Candidate

Here in Nottinghamshire we have an ambitious plan for the future.

Our plan is to transform the way the Council manages and functions, to ensure financial sustainability, to provide good value for money services. Most importantly we are committed to ensure local people secure the service they need to fulfil their aims and aspirations.

We are creating a Council wide approach that embraces a ‘one organisation and one business’ culture that really makes a difference, adds value and is a model of best practice in local government.

We aim to be customer driven; prudent and efficient; enthusiastic and positive in our approach and constantly striving to be creative.

Our aim is to deliver improvement and efficiencies across all our services.

In this role we are looking to appoint a highly skilled and experienced property professional with drive and passion to create pioneering property services in the council.

There is more information to be found regarding this role on the following pages and the link to the Council’s website. At this stage I would like to thank you for your interest in working with Nottinghamshire County Council.  I look forward to your application.

Tim Gregory
(Corporate Director – Environment & Resources)
